Unit(s) may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding. No warranties or guarantees. Sold "As Is, Where Is". No refunds. Removal hours are from 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. We will box, pack and ship item(s) through USPS if buyer provides a prepaid shipping label and pays a handling fee ($20 per container).
