45' Storage Container

GovAuctions Summary

A 45-foot steel storage container from a University of Iowa program in Waterloo, Iowa, sold as-is with a 12 by 7 foot roll-up door on one side. Buyers are mainly farms, contractors, and property owners who need on-site storage, not typical resellers, and hauling is a major cost. Confirm the door rolls smoothly and check the rust and dents on the walls for any penetration, since the listing says there is no major damage. Pickup is only in Waterloo, so plan a hauler.
