Market demand: Furniture in Michigan sell about 42% of the time, typically ~2 bids. Based on 324 completed sales over the last year.
Five chairs, one stool, and three fans from a cannabis-testing and candy-making facility; items may retain odors from their prior use. Furniture resellers and facility liquidators buy these for redeployment or parts, but the residual smell limits casual buyers. Understand the odor cannot be confirmed removed and may persist after cleaning before placing a bid.
