Please ask any questions prior to bidding. Item is offered based on current information, and the buyer accepts all risks associated with any subsequent changes. If something is shown in listing photos it is considered disclosed. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to bidding and are encouraged to view/inspect item by appointment before bidding. Buyer assumes sole responsibility of loading and moving item from its location. Manpower and equipment for removal will not be provided. Neither the Town of Medway, Liquidity Services, nor MTC Fleet Group or any agents thereof are liable for any damage occurring during the pickup and transport of the item after pickup by buyer, buyer’s agent, or third party has begun. Item must be picked up within 10 days of auction end. Item remaining after 30 days will be considered abandoned and resold.
