DOUBLE-WIDE OFFICE TRAILER – APPROX. 70' x 27' The Town is offering for sale a used double-wide office trailer measuring approximately 70 feet long by 27 feet wide. The structure was previously used as office space and is no longer needed for Town operations. The office trailer is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. All dimensions are approximate, and prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the structure prior to bidding. REMOVAL The winning bidder is responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with removal and transportation of the structure from Town property. This includes any labor, equipment, contractors, transportation, permits, utility disconnections, separation of the structure, or other work necessary to prepare and remove the building. The Town will not provide labor, equipment, trucks, trailers, or financial assistance with removal. The winning bidder must coordinate the removal date and time with the Town before beginning work. Removal must be completed in a safe and professional manner. The successful bidder will be responsible for any damage to Town property caused during the removal process and must leave the site reasonably clean and free of debris upon completion. INSPECTION Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the office trailer before bidding. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition of the structure and the equipment, transportation, and costs necessary to remove it. The Town makes no guarantee regarding the condition of the structure or its ability to be relocated without additional preparation or repairs.
