8 bulb brass colored chandelier Item can be inspected by emailing SRay@MiamiCountyOhio.Gov to schedule between 7am-4pm Monday-Friday. Additional pictures can be provided. The condition is not guaranteed. However was operational when removed from the Courtroom within the Courthouse. When picking up you must have own equipment and help, no help loading will be provided. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten business days from the close of auction. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charge for any item not removed within the 10 business days.
