This lot contains an 8' W x 26' L jobsite trailer. This unit was a job site office used for field research. This unit has been largely unused for the last 5 - years. This unit is a single axel. The tires do hold air. The floor is soft in places from water infiltration. There is a known leak in the roof. The floor has penetrations for instrument conduits. These items have not been professionally tested. There may be missing parts. Any questions must be asked online so everyone can see question and response. We will not respond to phone calls or direct emails. Sold as is where is. Any packing or shipping needed is the responsibility of the buyer we do not offer ANY packing or shipping assistance. Pickup and payment of the item(s) is expected in the normal time frame unless otherwise noted in the posting but pickups MUST be done by appointment and no loading assistance is available. Appointment times will vary from 30 minutes depending on the size of the lot and number of lots to be picked up. We offer 30 minute appointment times Monday through Friday from 8-11 and 12:30-3:30. All pickups must be done in a single appointment. Buyer agrees to follow any and all State/ Local /Federal exportation laws. If the seller has any reason to believe that these are not being followed, the sale may be terminated.
