Siding: Premium T1-11 wood siding. The exterior is currently unpainted/natural, providing a clean slate for the buyer to paint or stain to match their existing property. Roofing: High-quality asphalt shingles over felt paper. Entryway: Double-door configuration providing a massive 6-foot wide opening. Hardware: Each door is reinforced with three heavy-duty hinges (6 total) to ensure the doors remain square and operate smoothly under heavy use.
