Items sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied. The successful bidder will be responsible for contacting the agency to schedule pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released. Pick-up hours by appointment only. NOTE: DAKOTA COUNTY CAN AND WILL REFUSE TO ALLOW PICK-UP IF DAKOTA COUNTY REPRESENTATIVE DETERMINES YOU DO NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE TRANSPORTATION OR PERSONNEL TO REMOVE ITEM IN WHAT DAKOTA COUNTY REPRESENTATIVE DEEMS AS A SAFE MANNER! Please be advised. Removal: Bidder must remove auction item(s) within ten ( 10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right to retain all payments and re-list the auction. ***Abandonment of Item.*** Auction items paid for but not picked up within the specified time( 10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned. Dakota County will have the discretion to re-list all items designated as abandoned with no refund being provided to the user.
