Buyer shall bring the necessary manpower and appropriate vehicle to remove and load all property awarded. Under no circumstances will the City and County of Denver assume responsibility for packing or loading. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No service of any kind will be furnished by the City. NOTE: Buyer must bring a non-enclosed trailer for loading. Trailer must be dock height (29.5"). If trailer is not dock height removal will be rejected. This is a used and untested piece of equipment. Unit(s) may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding. No warranties or guarantees. Sold "As Is, Where Is". No refunds. Removal hours are from 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Payment must be made within five (5) business days of close of auction.
