We don't know what is wrong with item. There is no OS installed nor provided and no keyboard or mouse included. You will be getting a non-Apple power cord with sale. Unit was powered on and we used an external drive, with OS on it, to get the system info for Mac Pro. The external drive isn't included in this sale nor is the monitor. No further testing done.
