Pickup hours for transferred and sold lots are between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance NO SHIPPING OFFERED (This is a remote location with no shipping facilities nearby) Seller will not pack, load, haul, or deliver. Buyer is responsible for removal of items including all packing, loading, hauling. The asset(s) sold under this contract is/are being sold ‘as is’ and is not represented as being mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The asset may not be fit for use and may require substantial repairs at the buyer’s expense.
