Wholesalers may claim tax exemption by submitting (1) Arizona Form 5000A AND a copy of valid (2) Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license or a sales tax license from another state to the Public Surplus Tax Exemption Portal. Tax Exemption will not be approved unless BOTH FORMS are submitted and valid. If you are the winning bidder for this lot, you will receive a winning notice by email.
