The products must be: 1. Used for its intended purpose; or 2. Legitimately recycled per 40 CFR 260.43 in one of the following ways: a. Reclaimed at a facility with a permit from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) to produce ethanol, and the reclaimed ethanol is legitimately used in a product (including in a fuel or as a fuel additive); or b. Reclaimed at a facility that does not have a permit from the TTB, and the alcohol must be used in a product that is not burned for energy recovery and that is not used in a manner constituting disposal. USPS will not assist with manpower or equipment to load. Buyer is responsible for loading and transportation. Items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Please note: The site will not provide any manpower or equipment to load or transport items. This auction is for the equipment described.
