WASHINGTON STATE SURPLUS OPERATIONS This facility is a SECURED SITE. For reasons of public safety a staff member must be available to be with you at all times. Services are not available for any circumstance that arises from non-compliance of safety procedures. Hours: Open by APPOINTMENT ONLY Phone Service Available: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM PST - Monday through Friday. Call 360-407-2271 or SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov to Schedule for Preview or Pick Up Scheduled appointments are for 30 minute blocks running from: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM PST - Monday through Friday. Same day appointments accommodated only upon availability. Hours of operation, Location & Directions CONDITION : Used. As-Is. DETAILS : Up for auction is an assorted lot of approximately 8 Physio-Control brand veterinary defibrillator packs with batteries, Lifepak 500 model. Model year appears to be 2017. Approximately 12 batteries appear to be included for the defibrillators. Also included is a Lifepak 20 defibrillator monitor of unknown functionality. This lot appears to be new and unused. Due to obvious safety concerns, none of these were tested for functionality. Assets come from a technical college veterinary training program. We will prepare this lot for freight transport for a fee if the buyer wishes to transport. We cannot mail ship this lot due to the volume of batteries included. A local pack and ship company may be contracted by the winning bidder if desired. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Weight : 120 pounds. Please note if pallet is shown weight will include pallet. Carts shown in pictures will be included in shown weight but are not included in sale unless specifically mentioned.
