This lot consist of 5 tan chairs with black armrest, 1 sofa, 1 brown chair, 4 tan chairs with wheels and 3 wood chairs (one has loose screws). All pieces have wear, tear, stains and rips. All chairs are in working condition, but need some cleaning to improve their appearance These items are being sold as used property, so the true conditions are unknown.
