For Sale by Equipment Recycle is an Atlantis BDS19T Flat Belt Driven Live Roller and VBC19 V-Belt Curve Conveyor System. This system comes with 5 10' sections, 1 78" section, and the 90 degree curve. The overall width is 36" and between the frame is 33" wide. They are 6.5" tall. The straight sections have a load capacity of 1,500 Lbs per section. The rollers on the straight sections are 1.9" in diameter and 16 GA. galvanized steel. The curve's rollers are 2-1/2" X 14 GA. galvanized tapered to 1-11/16". The straight and curve sections have 3" centers. The curve is 90 Deg. right hand. It has 18" infeed/discharge tangent. The inside radius is 48". The conveyors have butt type couplings for bolting sections together. One of the straight sections has the motor attached. The motor is a SEW Eurodrive gearmotor 1HP, 230/460VAC, 3PH, 60Hz. The conveying speed is fixed 35 FPM. The belt is black trackmate 120 EMB-6" wide. It was cut and removed for disassembly and transport. It will be included in the purchase. The belt may be able to be seamed or shortened. The conveyors are used, but are in great condition. They were installed in 2021. They may have some light wear or scratches on them from use with the previous owner. Please see photographs for clarification. Pickups are Tuesday through Thursday 9am-3pm. We have a loading dock available. We will place the item(s) on the loading dock. Customer is responsible for loading once item is placed on the dock. If a forklift or labor is needed, an additional fee will be required. Shipping is available for most lots.
