USDA certified unit (USDA 0364 AG0003206447). CSREES certified (0358-05). Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The cooling components do not work. The unit has not been used in years. The exterior has been damaged. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability.
