This lot contains (3 EA) Brainlab instrument tray sets, as follows: (2 EA) instrument tray sets with part numbers 056672001-18099-08B and 0138220001-18099-08B, and (1 EA) EM cranial/ENT tray set with part number 0535820001-18099-07A. The items are in used condition. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Specialized cranial and ENT surgical instrument configurations. Integrated locking tabs and positioning guides for secure instrument placement. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Brainlab manufacturer identification plates with CE marking and regulatory information. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 2PM, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: Facility will not assist with preparing, packing or transporting equipment. Buyer will be responsible for transportation.
