Important: The buyer is solely responsible for the loading and removal of all items. No onsite assistance will be provided. Please ensure you bring adequate personnel and equipment, especially for heavier items. The loading dock is approximately 40 inches high and is not compatible with standard tractor-trailer height, so please plan accordingly. Most items will be staged at the loading dock for pickup, with the exception of larger or heavier equipment, which may remain in place. A pallet jack will be available for use inside the building only. Please also confirm your pickup location in advance, as there are multiple loadout areas on site.
