Overview This lot consists of (4)-Roper Whitney 125 bench shear machines. The machines are constructed of metal with approximate unit dimensions of 32" long x 17" wide x 16" high. The lot has approximate dimensions of 48" long x 40" wide x 58" tall and weighs approximately 1,090 lbs. The machines are packaged in wooden crates and appear to be in new condition with protective wrapping and packaging materials intact. Condition & Markings The machines are securely packaged in wooden shipping crates. Some machines have protective plastic wrapping and bubble wrap packaging materials. Warning labels and safety decals are present on the equipment. The wooden crates show normal handling marks and shipping labels. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
