BendPak XP-18C above-ground vehicle lift, recently removed from service because it was too large for the shop. Stated as operational at time of removal. Professionally disassembled and palletized for pickup or shipping. All components present. Key details: Overall height: approximately 14' from bottom of base to top of post Cross beam: 12" Includes main columns/beams, yellow “NO STEP” arms, power unit, and associated components (as shown on pallets) 2025 annual lift inspection stickers present (Shop Equipment Co. / ALI-style) Able Equipment Installers (Portland-area) service stickers also visible Condition: Recently removed from service and professionally broken down for transport. Surface wear and minor rust consistent with normal shop use. Sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
