Overview One lot estimated to consist of 16 pallets of purified bottled water manufactured by Roxanne with an expiration date of November 1, 2026. The lot is classified in new condition. Each pallet contains 84 cases with 24 bottles of 16.9-ounce purified water per case. Key Features Each pallet weighs 2400 lbs and measures 48L x 40W x 52H inches. Total of 1,344 cases containing 32,256 individual bottles across all pallets. Water has been stored and handled under conditions consistent with manufacturing practice regulations to protect against contamination and deterioration. Transportation requires a 53-foot box trailer. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Water expires November 1, 2026. Products have been stored under conditions to protect against physical, chemical and microbial contamination. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Warehouse Shipping Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-2:00pm. Transportation Requirements: This lot will require a 53-foot box trailer to transport.
