Overview One lot estimated to consist of 16 pallets of purified bottled water manufactured by Roxanne with an expiration date of November 1, 2026. Each pallet contains 84 cases of 24 16.9-ounce bottles per case, weighing 2,400 lbs and measuring 48L x 40W x 52H. The total lot provides 32,256 individual bottles of purified water across all pallets. Key Features Each pallet contains 2,016 individual bottles (84 cases × 24 bottles per case). Individual bottle size is 16.9 fluid ounces. Pallet dimensions are 48 inches length × 40 inches width × 52 inches height. Each pallet weighs 2,400 pounds. Water has been stored and handled under conditions consistent with manufacturing practice regulations. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The bottled water expires on November 1, 2026. Water has been stored under conditions to protect against physical, chemical and microbial contamination and deterioration. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
