The City of Fernandina Beach is selling a wooden sign measuring approximately 14 feet long by 44 inches tall. The sign includes attached lighting and electrical components and was formerly installed at Brett's Waterway Café in downtown Fernandina Beach. The building where the sign was located is scheduled for demolition, and the sign is no longer needed by the City. The sign is being sold AS IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to inspect the sign prior to submitting a bid. To schedule an inspection, please call to make an appointment. The successful bidder is responsible for removing and transporting the sign. Pickup is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.
