The power cord is old, and its outer rubber insulation is broken and deteriorated. Manufacturer: Baldor Model: Catalog No. 331 Description: Pedestal-mounted buffer with buffing wheels mounted on both ends of the motor. Used with suitable buffing wheels and compounds to polish, clean, and finish compatible materials.
