Item Description: Bulk Lot: (10) Precast Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) Culvert Sections – Approx. 4-Foot. Dimensions: Approximately 4 feet in length / diameter (Note: Bidders are encouraged to verify exact dimensions during inspection). Material: Heavy-duty reinforced concrete (industrial grade). Condition: Used, structural training surplus. Shows cosmetic wear, soot/staining from training exercises, and minor chips typical of heavy industrial concrete props, but remains structurally sound. Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. Operational, mechanical, structural, cosmetic, or other defects may exist and are unknown. Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pickup Location: Emergency Services Training Center 3000 Airport Road Sanford, NC 27332 Additional Requirements: Removal must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and completed during standard business hours. The buyer is responsible for leaving the training grounds clean and undamaged. Any damage caused to college infrastructure during removal will be repaired at the buyer's expense. Due to the extreme weight of these items (estimated at several tons total), the winning bidder or their commercial transport company must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) detailing active Commercial General Liability coverage before any heavy equipment or loading operations may begin on college property.
