The City of Rocky River is offering for auction one bulk lot of surplus televisions, computer monitors, office furniture, electronic accessories and miscellaneous office equipment. The lot includes, but may not be limited to: Four flat-screen televisions Eight computer monitors One tube-style television with a built-in media player Multiple office chairs Two office desks/workstations Metal filing cabinets Office cubicle panels and components Monitor mounting arms and brackets Keyboards, cords, cables, power supplies and other electronic accessories Several boxes of miscellaneous office and electronic items All electronics are used, and their operating condition is unknown. Items have not been individually tested. Some furniture shows significant wear, including scratches, scuffs, stains, and torn or peeling upholstery. The lot may contain incomplete items, loose components, or equipment with missing cords, accessories, or hardware. The photographs are intended to show the general contents and condition of the lot. Bidders should review all photographs carefully before bidding. All items are being sold together as one lot. The successful bidder must remove all items included in the auction. No items may be left behind. All items are sold “as is” and “where is,” with no warranty implied or guarantee of condition. The City makes no representation regarding the operation, completeness, compatibility, or future usability of any item. The City does not provide shipping, packaging, tools, equipment, or loading assistance. The successful bidder is responsible for supplying all labor, vehicles, carts, dollies, tools, and other equipment necessary to safely remove and transport the entire lot. Several items are bulky and heavy, so the bidder should plan accordingly. Pickup is by appointment only during normal City business hours.
