Seized by the United States Postal Inspection Service during the course of our duties. Since this is a NON-vehicle lot, you may send whoever you like to pick up as long as they bring 3 things: 1: copy of buyer driver license 2: copy of buyer certificate (buyer receives this when they win auction) 3: signed note (or emailed note) from buyer authorizing 3rd party pickup.
