CAT Generator/ ATS/ battery and battery charger combo. (*FUEL TANK NOT INCLUDED*) 1974 CAT 3306 Generator (175kw)- Current condition is Fair. It was taken out of service on Sept 1, 2026, due to upgrading of lift station. Generator was service annually. It was done in house until 2020 then HOLT CAT of San Antonio took over. They performed either annual or tri- annual maintenance once a year to include ATS inspecting and 2 HR load bank. Load bank was tested at 50%-80% of load. Last maintenance was done in January of 2025. Recommend Replacing fuel filter, changing oil, replacing oil filter, and coolant flush. Last coolant change was done in 2023.
