This lot contains 6 Day-Brite 2x4 L panel ceiling frames, 20 RAB 2x4 L panel ceiling frames, and 150 Armstrong 2x2 ceiling tiles. Items are unused but have been in storage for several years. Components remain in original or partial packaging and are functionally serviceable for installation. Key Features Modular metal ceiling support frames with matching acoustic tiles. All components retain full support integrity and structural functionality. Tiles remain rigid and suitable for proper ceiling placement. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Metal frame components show minor cosmetic wear including light surface dust, slight oxidation at edges, and minor scuffing from long-term storage. No structural deformation or damage to frames. Acoustic ceiling tiles exhibit typical aging characteristics including minor discoloration, slight yellowing at edges, and occasional compression marks from stacked storage.
