Cessna T-41C Mescalero Aircraft, SN: 68-7905 (N7905N) NONFLYABLE. This following are removed from aircraft (including but not limited): engine, cowling, propeller, battery, nose gear, all avionics and instruments, seats, empennage (tail), ailerons, flaps, carpet, and interior. THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY IS "AS IS" CONDITION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO WARRANTY IS IMPLIED OR APPLIED. PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF THE RECORDS AND AIRCRAFT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED AS AIRCRAFT CONDITION / RECORDS SUBJECT TO CHANGE PRIOR TO SALE. Bidders have the opportunity to physically inspect the property prior to placing a bid and prior to the auction's closing date and time or thereby waive the opportunity to conduct a physical inspection. In waiving their inspection rights, bidders bear the risk for any gross omissions regarding the functionality of items, failure to cite major missing parts, and/or restrictions with regard to usage that would have been revealed by physical inspection. This aircraft may NOT be in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. No representation of the airworthiness of this item is made. Buyer is responsible for bringing the aircraft into compliance with 14 CFR Chapter or other applicable standards, by obtaining all necessary FAA inspections or modifications. This aircraft was certified by the United States Air Force and flown under Military Type Certification (MTC) for purposes of airworthiness. It is the assuming owner's responsibility to obtain airworthiness certification from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or equivalent agency. The US Air Force does not possess all the technical data required to obtain such certification and it is thereby incumbent upon the owner to work with the appropriate Type Certificate (TC) and Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) holders to certify and confirm the aircraft is in the configuration desired by the operator. Successful bidder shall have 30 calendar days from date of the Paid Purchaser's receipt to remove the property. The Government shall not be liable for personal injuries to, disabilities of, or death of any persons arising from or incidental to the inspection, purchase, removal, use or disposition of this aircraft. Receiving parties shall hold the Government harmless from any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or claims of any nature arising from or incidental to inspection, purchase, use, or resale of this item.
