This lot contains (4 EA) Haag-Streit Reliance 7000L Motorized Examination Chairs in black. The chairs are in used condition and were acquired by the facility in 2018. The chairs appear to be in fair condition and seem serviceable, though repairs may be required. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The chairs are described as being in fair condition and appear serviceable. The chairs do not include any additional accessories and are sold as shown in pictures. Some wear and signs of use are visible on the upholstery and mechanical components. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Equipment to be picked up from the Phoenix VA (Building 26), Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 2PM. The facility will not assist with preparing, packing or transporting equipment.
