Part of Lake County's wine country, it enjoys wide open space, a neighborly small town atmosphere, the cleanest air in California, and proximity to major urban centers like Sacramento (2 hours east), Mendocino (1.5 hours west), and the San Francisco Bay Area (2 hours south). Winters are mild in Clearlake, generally 40s and 50s and Summer temperatures are usually in the 80s and 90s. California's largest fresh water lake, Clearlake has over 100 miles of shoreline, visitors enjoy fishing, swimming, sailing, wind surfing, parasailing, waterskiing, boating, and riding jet skis. There are 11 free boat launch ramps around the lake, and individuals can rent boats and personal watercraft from many local businesses The property is free and clear of encumbrances.
