There is no guarantee of value on any item, the working condition of the item, or any of its parts. See auction terms and conditions. *** PAYMENT Public Processing, LLC (Publicsurplus.com) handles all payments for the Town of Gilbert by wire transfer or credit card. No cash, checks, or money orders will be accepted . Payment must occur within five (5) business days after the closing of the auction. Failure to pay for an award within five (5) business days of auction closing may result in award loss. Auction may be awarded to the next highest bidder of the item(s) or be relisted for auction. PICK UP Pickup must occur within ten (10) business days after the auction closes. Failure to pick up the item(s) within ten (10) business days of the auction closing may result in forfeiture of payment and relisting of the auction item.
