We will also assist with loading. Buyer, or buyer's representative, is responsible for securing the load. Questions asked after 11:00 a.m. on auction closing day may not be answered. Requirements for items picked up by a third party : Logan City reserves the right to require the buyer to provide a copy of current identification, a signed receipt, and a written request naming the third party. The third party will provide identification and a copy of the receipt before the item is released. These requirements also apply to items picked up by a shipping company. We will direct the shipping company to use the address shown in the buyer s username information in Public Surplus. Shipping to an alternate name or address is not allowed.
