CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: This offering includes non-functional electronic asset(s) and requires the high bidder to be an accredited certified recycler (R2 or e-Steward). Why certification is required . The following provisions supersede the online terms and conditions: You must email your certification to the Sales Contracting Officer (SCO) at melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov within 2 business days of receiving the high bid notification email. The certification is subject to verification by the SCO prior to contract award. Your bid remains binding during the verification period. You cannot withdraw even though the award is pending certification review. Overview This lot contains computers, laptops, monitors, and printers. The items are in salvage condition. See attached document for detailed list of property. Condition & Markings This lot is in salvage condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. No maintenance records are available. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 3:30pm, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: Successful bidders should contact the custodian prior to removal for specific building and loading policies.
