Condition: UNKNOWN ****PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING**** 470 - This auction is for a LOT of concrete sewer vaults. - The vaults weigh anywhere from 2500 lbs. to 5500 lbs. each. - Vaults 1 and 2 and 51" tall with a 58" opening. - Vault 3 (the cone), has a 40" opening and is 36" tall. - Vault 4 is 45" tall with a 58" opening. - The vaults have been sitting for roughly five years. - The vaults have never been used. - Moving and loading the vaults is entirely on the winning bidder. - See pictures for more details. - No other information is known about this item. - It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the items prior to bidding. - All sale items are sold "as is and where is". It is the bidder's responsibility to personally view the items upon which he/she bids and assure him/herself as to its condition and as to its meeting the bid description. - NO REFUNDS, NO GUARANTEES - We recommend that all bidders view/inspect auction items before placing a bid. In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, please send an email giving your consent and authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf. Once the signed copy is received, the winning bidder can make arrangements to pick up their item (s). If there is a third party picking up the item (s), the third party must also sign the Removal Terms and Conditions Release of Liability as Buyer s Agent prior to loading the item (s). If the winning bidder does not complete the Removal Terms and Conditions Release of Liability during the requested time, any payment made can be refunded and the auction can be awarded to the next highest bidder or relisted. If the Buyer s Agent refuses to sign the Removal Terms and Conditions Release of Liability, the item (s) will not be released.
