Overview (1) Polycom SoundStation 2 Expandable analog conference phone system. This item is in used condition. The system is designed for conference rooms and group teleconferencing applications. The lot includes the main conference phone unit, interface/power module, expansion microphone, and assorted connection cables including telephone line, interface cable, microphone cable, and power/interface cables. Key Features Integrated keypad and LCD display. Full-duplex speakerphone capability. Support for external expansion microphones. Expandable system configuration. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Normal cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, and adhesive residue from prior government use. Sold with no warranty or guarantee of functionality. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available by appointment only between 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: A minimum of 48-hour advance notice is required to coordinate site access with security. Valid physical photo identification is required to enter the site.
