Overview Polycom HDX Eagle Eye conference room equipment consisting of: 2 Polycom HDX Eagle Eye cameras, 4 Polycom RealPresence Group 500 720P units, 3 Cisco CS-TOUCH10 control pads, 1 tripod, 1 Bogen PCM with TIM/CPU/ZPM modules, 5 Kanex Pro HDMI receivers, 1 Blackmagic URSA Mini shoulder kit, and 1 box of miscellaneous cables, adapters, and parts. Equipment was reported to be functional when removed from service. Overall functionality and possible deficiencies are unknown. (7065E262187000) repairable Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Inspection is not authorized, building is secured. Pick-ups must be coordinated 24 hours in advance. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: Lot available for on-site pick up only. Will not ship lot from this facility. On site loading assistance will not be available. Ensure correct vehicle type and material handling equipment is coordinated prior to pick-up of purchased lot. Onsite material handling equipment is not available for use. No additional packaging, shipping, blocking or bracing materials available from this facility.
