Overview This lot contains conference room furniture including modular boardroom tables and three matching credenzas. The boardroom tables consist of three modular sections with wood veneer finish, each measuring 30" H x 4.5' W x 10' L. The three credenzas feature dark cherry/mahogany-style finish with cabinet doors and lower storage drawers, each measuring approximately 27" H × 27" D × 5'11" W. Used condition. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: Buyer must dismantle the tables prior to removal. Buyer is responsible for all labor, tools, and equipment needed. Buyer must remove all components from the second floor using stairs or elevators as applicable. No staff or equipment assistance will be provided.
