Condition: UNKNOWN The City of Houston no longer processes or receives payments. All payments will be made via Credit Card or Wire Transfer through Public Surplus. The Following Auction is not Located at 2511 Broad St. Please call and schedule an appointment to view. 1) Connex Container (Approximately 7.4ftx 7.8ft x 20ft) Customers are required to provide their own equipment/method to remove containers off property. No assistance will be provided. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. Bidders may contact a local shipping company to pickup, package and ship their item(s). We strongly encourage bidders to inspect items of interest. The winning bidder must provide their own labor and materials to remove items from the property. I f s omeone other then the bidder is picking up your item, please fax a letter of authorization with the following: 1. Third party name 2. Auction number and item description 3. Your name or company name, complete address and phone number as well as a copy of your Driver's License. We must receive the letter and copy of license before we release any item. Payments must be made within five (5) BUSINESS days of the auctions close either online via credit card or wire transfer. All purchased items must be picked up and removed from the premises within five (5) business days from the date payment is successfully cleared. Your bid is a decision to buy this item. Customers will not be allowed to view an item and then decide whether or not they will buy it. Ample time is provided to view items before the auction ends. Management reserves the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item, or for any other reason in the best interests of the City.
