The Covaris E210 Focused Ultrasonicator is an industry-standard, high-throughput sample preparation system powered by patented Adaptive Focused Acoustics (AFA) technology. This system delivers highly controlled, non-contact, nonlinear acoustic waves to process biological samples isothermally without the risk of thermal damage or cross-contamination. It is the ideal benchtop solution for high-throughput genomic, proteomic, and epigenomic workflows. Primary Applications: Precision DNA/RNA shearing for Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), chromatin shearing, cell lysis (mammalian and bacterial), tissue homogenization, and compound dissolution. Sample Capacity: Multi-sample batch preparation processing 1 to 96 samples per run utilizing various open or closed vessels, strips, or multi-well plates.
