These have been made available due to agency upgrade. LAW ENFORCEMENT USE/BUYERS ONLY. Description Below... The Covert Track TD26 Stealth Basic VZW is a portable, hidden GPS tracking device manufactured by CovertTrack Group Inc. (a 3SI Security Systems company). This specific variant is tailored to run on the Verizon Wireless (VZW) cellular network to transmit real-time location data. It is primarily engineered for law enforcement, asset protection, and private investigations. Network Compatibility: Operates on Verizon's cellular infrastructure (indicated by the VZW naming). Ensure you confirm network deployment requirements as older 3G variants have been transitioned to 4G LTE/5G hardware. Stealth and Design: Built with a rugged, weatherproof housing meant for outdoor environments. It typically pairs with a strong magnetic case, allowing it to be mounted underneath a vehicle or attached to heavy equipment without detection. Mapping Software: Integrates with Covert Track’s proprietary, secure online mapping dashboard and mobile apps for continuous location tracking and historical data playback. Alert Configurations: Supports customized perimeter bounding (geofencing), speed notifications, and tamper/removal alarms. Power Control: To power on the device, press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds until the status LEDs display. To turn it off entirely, hold the button down for at least 5 seconds. Placement: For maximum satellite reception, mount the tracker with its internal antenna facing toward the open ground or the outer horizon. Avoid enclosing it entirely in heavy structural metal, engine bays, or near hot vehicle components (like the fuel line or exhaust system). Support: Device configurations, account provisioning, and live mapping can be managed through the official portal at Covert Track. WINNING BIDDER: Decline shipping through GovDeals.
