The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Most items offered for sale are Surplus Property, used by Christian County, Missouri offices, and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are invited, urged and cautioned to inspect any item you are interested in prior to bidding. Bidders may inspect property and must adhere to the days and times (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm CST) in Ozark, Missouri.
