Cres Cor commercial-grade mobile heated holding cabinet, also commonly referred to as a holding cabinet or hot box. This unit was previously used in the food-service facilities at The Leonardo museum in Salt Lake City, Utah. Features include: Full-height, single-door configuration Insulated aluminum construction Interior pan slides designed to accommodate commercial sheet pans Manual door latch Heavy-duty swivel casters Protective aluminum bumper frame Electrical heating system Includes the sheet pans currently stored inside the cabinet The unit is reported to have been operational when removed from service. It has not been extensively tested for this auction, and the seller does not guarantee that it will maintain a specific temperature. Model number, voltage, amperage and other electrical specifications should be verified from the manufacturer’s identification plate before use.
