Only people who are either U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) are allowed purchase this property. The following must be presented prior to the removal of this property: A current and undamaged U.S. Passport; or Two forms of identification to include (1) proof of U.S Citizenship in the form of a certified birth certificate issued by the city, county or State; Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certification of Birth (Form FS-240, FS-545 or DS-1350); or Naturalization Certificate (Form N-550 or N-570) or Certificate of Citizenship (Form N-560 or N-561), and (2) proof of identification in the form of a Government or State issued photo ID.
