Highest bidder will need to submit prior to being awarded: Proof of US Citizenship Overview This lot contains: Dell Monitors with power cords, 15 ea. Cisco Servers: metal boxes, 8 ea. Otter Boxes (new), 5 ea. iPhone Glass Protectors (new), 24 ea. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The Dell monitors were collected over a period of time between 2016-2024 and all were reported as working. The Otter boxes and iPhone glass protectors are new. Some equipment may require unknown repairs and may be missing parts. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The purchaser is responsible for packing, palletizing and removal of all equipment. Purchaser will need to bring all necessary equipment to load and remove items purchased. This is a lot sale and all items will need to be removed. Viewing and pickup times are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm. Contact vhamusnx@va.gov to schedule viewing and pickup date and time.
