GovAuctions Summary

A Dell Optiplex 5070 tower, powers on but untested, no OS installed and no cord included. IT refurbishers and budget office-equipment resellers target this for Windows install and generic RAM upgrades. Confirm the machine boots cleanly to BIOS and listen for unusual fan noise - early shutdown loops or thermal issues signal hardware faults.
