Overview This lot contains (25) desktop computers with mixed models including Dell OptiPlex Series and HP ProDesk Series. The computers are classified in usable condition. The units show typical wear from agency use and are in various cosmetic and functional conditions with normal wear including scratches, scuffs, and casing marks. Specifications Hard Drive Status: Removed Key Features Mixed models include Dell OptiPlex 7050, Dell OptiPlex 7040 SFF, Dell OptiPlex 7060, Dell OptiPlex 9020, and HP ProDesk 600 series with multiple generations including G2, G6, SFF, Mini/DM, and i7 variants. Units have been stored in a climate-controlled warehouse. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Hard drives have been removed in accordance with federal data sanitization requirements. Power cables, display cables, and other accessories may be missing. No keyboards, mice, or operating systems are included. Original packaging is not included. Functional condition is unknown as units have not been fully tested. Some units may be missing small components due to previous service activity. Units are offered with no guarantee of operability. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. This facility does not prepare any sales for shipping or assist with loading.
